Scott came into this world in the year 1983 in Billings, Montana. Though unaware, Scott was being prepared for his profession at an early age. In and through relationships, he was being called in to the field of counseling, as he was sought after for guidance and leadership. He accepted and thrived on opportunities in high school, college and beyond that allowed him to help people in this capacity. While studying business at Baylor University, Scott tutored, mentored, led, and counseled his peers and those younger than him. He taught English in Bangkok in his 20's, then accepted a position as program manager for a group home of emotionally disturbed adolescent boys. He has most recently enjoyed five years of clinical experience as a professional counselor in Denver Colorado, working with clients in group and individual settings.
Scott specializes in anger, family relationships, issues parenting teenagers, step-parent issues, male adolescent issues, substance addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety . Scott received his Community Counseling degree from Denver Seminary, a CACREP accredited program, and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Montana.
Scott knows the importance of an environment conducive to an individual’s growth. That is why all clients that receive care from him will experience acceptance, empathy, care and tools to equip them in their struggle.
