Darby was born and raised in Arizona, and lived in Colorado for several years before moving to Bozeman. Throughout college and after, Darby enjoyed working with young adults in various capacities. She mentored and lead high school students through her time volunteering with Young Life. During those years, she realized her passion for coming alongside individuals in the midst of life’s challenges.

Darby received her Master’s Degree in Mental Clinical Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, a CACREP accredited program, and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate in the State of Montana. As a counselor, Darby worked in an impatient eating disorder center, a University counseling center, and, most recently, a residential treatment center for adolescent boys who have experienced trauma. No matter what circumstance you find yourself in, you were not meant to walk this journey alone. Darby is passionate about creating a safe environment where you can be fully received, exactly where you are.
